Do tutoring sessions in mathematics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics. Conduct student learning needs and develop individual learning plans. Provide homework and test preparation support. Track progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster an encouraging learning environment.
As math tutor, bachelor’s degree in mathematics, education, or a related field is necessary. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching math is preferred. Strong understanding of math concepts and ability to teach students of different ages and ability. Patience and creativity in teaching method along with communication and interpersonal skills.
