As an office coordinator, serve as the first point of contact for the company, greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries. Manage office activities, schedules, and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and organize office for a welcome environment. Handle email and postal mail. Work with vendors and manage office inventory that all necessary materials are stocked.
Support the team staff with data entry, filing, and preparing documents. Assist in the execution of events and different programs. Work with other departments and third party with financial record, invoices and petty cash. Perform other duties in support of the team and the company goals.
High school diploma or equivalency, a degree in BA, communications, or related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in office management, in a non-profit setting. Organizational and time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning new software. Able to work in a team environment according to the values and mission of the company. Experience in event planning a plus.
