Develop and implement recruitment strategies for tech roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists. Build and maintain a network of tech candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management strategy.
Work with tech companies to understand hiring needs and identify quality candidates. Screen resumes do interviews and evaluate jobseeker based on their technical ability and culture fit. Stay up to date with the new trends and advancements in the tech sector.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field with certification in technical recruiting is preferred. 3 or more years of experience in recruiting, with a special focus on the tech sector.
Good knowledge of different technology roles with the required skills and qualifications. Communication, networking, and negotiation skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
