Source and recruit job seeker by using website, social media, screen candidates resume and job applicants. Check applicants’ knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience, do interview and onboard new employees in the company for orientation.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical recruiting reports to the rest of the staff. Act as a point of contact and build network of candidate relationships during the selection process.
Past experience as a recruiter desired with strong ability to conduct different types of interviews with hands on experience in selection processes. Phone interview, reference checks and ability to organize skills assessment.
Familiarity with HR database system, ATS, CMS, HRIS or HRMS with strong communication interpersonal and excellent decision-making skills. BS/MS in Human Resources Management is desired.
