Coordinate and develop client needs and monitor mental health services for clients. Help client to access community resources, services and provide crisis intervention solution. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, or equivalency. Experience in dealing with mental health case management or counseling required. Excellent understanding of mental health issues and required treatment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with diverse populations.
