As a paraprofessional, provide support to our healthcare team. The person will help in clinic tasks, patient care, and office duties in a healthcare environment.
Assist medical staff with patient care, including taking vitals, prepare patients for exams, and performing EKGs. Take care of patient records, schedule appointments, and handle office duties.
Assist in medical procedures under the guidance of staff. Maintain clean and organize exam rooms and equipment. Manage and keep stock of medical supplies.
High school diploma or equivalency, certification as assistant or relevant training is preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting. Understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Organizational, communication skills and patient-focused attitude is required.
