This requires an individual who is good at application development projects to a successful completion while ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Lead team for planning, execution, and closing of software development projects. Coordinate resources for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are done on-time and on budget. Develop project that involves all stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
Use verification techniques to manage changes in project, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques. Report to management as needed.
As project manager, bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field is necessary. Working experience as a project manager in the software development sector, with experience in managing Java-based projects.
Technical background by understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Excellent client and internal communication skills. Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello), PMP / PRINCE II certification.
